Job Title: Logistic Coordinator/Order Entry

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Manager of Sales Support & Customer Service  

FLSA status: Exempt

Job Summary:   Working directly for the Manager of Sales Support & Customer Service with cross-functional team support responsibilities for the Sales and Marketing division.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

·       Customer Service:

o   Fully understand our Customer Service function and all systems required

o   Data entry for all incoming orders

o   Troubleshoot all missed deliveries and communicate delays to customers in a timely manner

o   Process Export documents as required

o   Manage email communications for all orders

o   Complete daily open report for logistics planning

 

·       Sales Reporting:

    • Manage the Sales reporting function

o   Utilize syndicated data resources and Sales reports to deliver leads to the sales team

  • Sales Support:

Provides follow-up interaction with customers as directed and troubleshoot customer issues as they arise

      • sales meetings/trade shows/events
      • ad hoc research /reporting/special projects

 

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years equivalent work experience in a Manufacturing environment

 

Qualifications:

  • MS Office proficiency
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer focused individual
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
