- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Place 6 ounces of tomato sauce in a 9x11 inch aluminum pan or baking dish. Put 10
Seviroli stuffed shells on the sauce. Cover with the remaining sauce. Add the grated
cheese and the shredded mozzarella.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil, tighten the edges, and place in oven. Cook for approximately 45 minutes or until heated through and the mozzarella on top is melted.
Sauté some chopped beef, breaking up the meat into small pieces. Drain off excess
fat. 10 minutes before stuffed shells are ready, sprinkle meat over them and cook for
the additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes and serve.
Add cooked chopped meat to your sauce before baking the shells.
