The base of our Mixed Berries Cake is an Italian shortcrust pastry. It's filled with Chantilly cream, a layer of sponge cake and generously garnished with blackberries, raspberries and redcurrant. It's then topped with a natural gelatin and powdered sugar.
Our Dark Chocolate Cake is composed of alternating layers of moist chocolate cake and chocolate cream with a hint of orange. It's side decorated with chocolate curls and topped with a glossy chocolate sauce, making this a really unique and beautiful dessert.
